Intructions to Poster Paper Presenting Authors
1.Poster Specification: size:A0 ( 84cm x 118cm) on a Poster stand(size 100 cm x 250cm )
2.Poster Placement:Posters are brought to the congress by the presenter and presented per the program, ie the allocated day and session. Please place your poster under the P# described in the program. On the day of your session please go to the second floor, Room 202 place you poster on the correct P# position of the poster stand. 
3.Poster discussion: A moderator will be assigned to direct the discussion of each poster session(30min).  Each poster paper has 5 minutes presentaiton following by 2 minutes  discussion.   You may use your laptop as well.    Your poster is to be removed at the end of the day.


Important Notice for Author to Prepare Final Paper(Camera-ready)

All the accepted papers will be published in the proceedings and indexed in EI (and the IEEE Xplore database). The authors must follow the author instruction on the IEEE Conference eXpress web site, and upload the camera-ready final paper and IEEE copyright form before the April 30 due date. The URL is http://www.ieee.org/conferencepublishing, and the conference ID is healthcom07.

The desirable length of final paper is 6 pages for oral presentation and 4 pages for poster presentation.  Please notice that AT LEAST ONE PRESENTER FROM EACH PAPER MUST REGISTER for his/her paper to be included in the Program and the Proceedings. Without confirmation on participation, the papers will be withdrawn.

Best Paper Awards

The International Program Committee will select the best research paper and the best young scientist (student) paper for awards.
