Dear Colleagues, 

On behalf of the organizing committee, I would like to invite you all to participate in the 9th International Conference on e-Health Networking, Application & Services (Healthcom 2007) scheduled on 19 ~ 22, June, 2007 in Taipei, Taiwan.

Healthcom is a forum created by a group of researchers from IEEE Communication Society that brings together clinicians, hospital administrators, software developers, researchers, educators, healthcare system vendors, and consultants to discuss the recent trends and emerging issues in the development of Information & Communication science and technology and its integration in healthcare systems aiming at improving efficiency, quality, safety and access in various healthcare environments.  Healthcom was successfully held in Sydney, Australia in 1999 and 2000, L¡‾Aquila, Italy in 2001, Nancy, France in 2002, Santa Monica, USA in 2003, Odawara, Japan in 2004, Busan, Korea in 2005 and New Dehli in 2006.

This meeting will provide an opportunity to the participating scientists and engineers from all over the world, engaged in research on the related topics, to discuss their work, interact, design future research strategies, and develop collaborations.
